Bill has been a personal friend for
over 20 years As an attorney, Bill works tirelessly for his business and other
clients. In 1995 I helped Bill run for the State Senate as his campaign manager.
Bill's common sense and legal expertise make him the perfect choice for the
House of Representatives District 114. A Libertarian in basic philosophy, a
Republican in practicality, and Democrat in his idealism, Bill will work to
provide jobs for Mississippians, keep taxes low or eliminate them, and help
small businesses compete in the big discounter world. Bill believes our society
needs safety nets for the less fortunate, but that everyone should work for what
they receive from government.
As owner of a small law practice, Bill understands the burden of Federal, State
and local taxes. He gets that the private sector should be trusted to
redistribute its own wealth. Bill has often expressed his disdain for unfair
taxation. He does not think we should be forced into being annexed without voter
say so. "Our unincorporated areas such as Gulf Hills, St. Martin and Latimer
should not have to be swallowed up by Ocean Springs, or D'Iberville with the
only end result being that our taxes increase." "In a true democracy, the voters
should decide," I have often heard Bill say.
"Bill is my candidate. I want Bill on my political team." Allen Brislin

I first met Bill Kulick
when I and the other Commissioners of the
West Jackson County Utility District (WJCUD)
hired him as our Board Attorney. Bill has
been with us for over 3 years and as our
attorney, handled the largest purchase of a
utility (Coast Waterworks) by the District
since we began operating. Easy to work with,
Bill never hesitates to go to bat on his own
time to make sure the job gets done. WJCUD
is the largest utility district in an
unincorporated area in the State. As with my
fellow Commissioners, Bill is always ready
to offer suggestions as to how the District
can keep utility prices down for the
citizens of our area and of House District
114.
"Bill is the man we need
in Jackson
to protect the financial security of
West Jackson County and North East Harrison County."

I am a medical doctor and owner
of Midway Family Clinic in Ocean Springs. I
am extremely active in my church and matters
of faith. Bill has been a friend for many
years and I am very familiar with his
character. Bill is the kind of guy who
treats everyone he meets with dignity and
respect. Bill is a lawyer. As President
Lincoln once said as he read the tombstone
epitaph, “Here lies a lawyer and an honest
man”, Lincoln opined, “I didn’t know they
were burying them two to a grave!” Such is
not the case with Bill!
Bill
is one of those rare people who is honest,
fair, considerate, clear thinking, and
statesman-like. He lives by the
principle that it’s always the right time to
do the right thing. It has been a pleasure
to have Bill as a friend and personal
lawyer.
"The legislature and the State and the folks
of District 114 would be lucky to have Bill
working for them."
Dr. Todd Coulter
